Privacy Policy

The short version

We set no cookies. We run no analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising scripts. Nothing you do on this site is recorded by us unless you fill in the contact form and send it. If you never submit the form, we never learn who you are.

Who we are

This site is owned and operated by Tuned Tech LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. For anything in this policy, contact hello.tunedtech@gmail.com.

What we collect, and only when you send it

The contact form on the start a project page asks for your name and email address, and optionally your phone number, company, website, and details about the project you have in mind, together with whatever you write in the message field. We collect that only when you submit the form. Nothing on that page is transmitted while you type.

We use it to reply to you and to work out whether we are a fit for what you need. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else's marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list off the back of an enquiry.

The form has an optional box for agreeing to receive text messages about your enquiry. It is never required in order to send the form, and if you leave it unticked we will not text you. If you tick it and change your mind, reply STOP to any message or email us.

Who else touches it

Two companies are involved in running this site:

• Web3Forms receives your form submission and forwards it to us by email. They process it in order to deliver it. Their privacy terms are at web3forms.com/privacy-policy.
• GitHub hosts the site through GitHub Pages. Like any web host, their servers log routine request information such as IP addresses. We do not have access to those logs and we do not use them.

There is no third party beyond those two. Fonts are served from this site rather than from an external font service, so simply reading these pages sends nothing to anyone else. Links to the App Store are ordinary links: nothing is shared with Apple unless you click one, and then only what your browser normally sends.

How long we keep it

Enquiries live in our email. We keep them while a conversation is ongoing and for a reasonable period after, in case you come back to it. If you would like an enquiry deleted, email us and we will remove it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello.tunedtech@gmail.com and we will handle it. There is no account to close and no marketing list to unsubscribe from.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Our apps

This policy covers this website only. Apps we publish have their own privacy policies, linked from their App Store listings, because they handle different data under different terms.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after that means the revised version applies.
