These terms apply to visiting and using this website. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

Paid work is governed by a separate written agreement between us and the client. Nothing on this website, including any description of our process, forms part of that agreement or creates one.

No offer, and no advice

Everything on this site is for general information. Descriptions of services, process and past work are illustrative, not an offer capable of acceptance and not a quote. A project exists only once both parties have signed a written agreement.

Enquiries

Sending the contact form does not create a working relationship or oblige either of us to anything. We may decline work for any reason. Please do not send confidential material through the form: use it to tell us enough to start a conversation, and we will agree how to handle anything sensitive before you send it.

Ownership

The design, text, code and graphics on this site belong to Tuned Tech LLC unless stated otherwise. You may view and share pages normally. You may not copy the site's design or content to present it as your own.

Product names, app names and logos belonging to other companies are their property and appear here only to identify what they are.

Apps described on this site are shown to illustrate our work. Ratings, review counts and similar figures were accurate when published and change over time. Reviews quoted here were written by App Store users and are their opinions, not claims by us. Where an app was built with or for others, that is stated on the relevant page.

This site links to the App Store and other external sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

Acceptable use
